processor. Alternatively can pay with PayPal if

| Shipping |
We charge 99p for first class post in the UK. We aim
to post orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
However this may be extended in busy times. Wholesale
orders over £30 are shipping free of charge within the
UK

| Returns |
All body jewellery is checked prior to dispatch. In
the unlikely event that your item of body jewellery is
found to be faulty on arrival we will of course either
replace the item or refund your payment in full. Should
this be the case, please in email us in the first place
at
karen@bodyjewelleryworld.co.uk. This should be done
within 7 days of receipt. The item should then be
returned to us by recorded delivery, the cost of which
will be refunded. However please email us first.
Should the item not be faulty, but you decide that you
do not want it, then we must be notified within 7 days
of receipt. It should then be returned to us, still
sealed in its' original bag. We will refund the value of
the item and initial postage - but not the return
postage.
