By purchasing any item/s from Body
Jewellery World, the
customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- By purchasing, you agree that all details you
provide to Body Jewellery World for the purpose of ordering or purchasing
goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you
are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to
cover the cost of the goods or services ordered
- Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax
in their respective countries where applicable. For more details
on this please contact your local customs authority
- All body jewellery remains the property of
Body Jewellery World until paid for in full
- In the rare case of an item being out of
stock, a refund will always be offered and/or a delayed delivery
date
- All body jewellery is bought and used at the customers
own risk. Body Jewellery World merely sells body jewellery and
does not offer advice on any aspect of body piercing, or
suitability of any type or piece of body jewellery. The customer
should consult their body piercer if they have any questions
about body piercing, their own piercings or the suitability of
any particular item of body jewellery sold by Body Jewellery
World. Any information supplied by Body Jewellery World, either
written by email, on the website, or spoken is purely general
information which is already in the public domain. Body
Jewellery World and/or any employees or persons connected to
Body Jewellery World cannot be held responsible for any injuries
or personal damage, including death, resulting from purchasing
and/or wearing of any body jewellery purchased from Body
Jewellery World and/or any employees or persons connected to
Body Jewellery World.
- It is the purchasers responsibility to check
the item of purchased body jewellery and decide whether it is
safe for them to use it and/or is suitable for use in their
piercing/piercings. For example, should a customer purchase an
item described as a tongue bar then it is the customers
responsibility to decide whether the purchased item is safe
and/or suitable to be worn in a tongue piercing.
- Any body jewellery purchased and deemed
unsuitable can be returned as detailed in the returns section
below.
- To purchase body jewellery from Body
Jewellery World you must agree to these terms and conditions. If
you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not
purchase body jewellery from Body Jewellery World or its
employees or any persons connected with Body Jewellery World.
Returns
- All body jewellery is checked before dispatch
and packaged very securely. In the very unlikely event of your
item of body jewellery being found to be faulty on arrival, we
will of course either replace the item or provide a full refund
including postage.
Should this be the case then please in the first instance email
us with the details. This should be done within 7 days of
receipt. The item should then be returned to us by recorded
delivery - the cost of which will be refunded. However, you must
email us prior to returning the item.
- Should the item not be faulty, but you decide
that you no do not want it, then it must be returned within 7
days of receipt, still sealed in its original bag. We will
refund the value of the item - but not for the original or
return postage.

Please note that we never resell
returned goods -they are always destroyed
Cancellations
- You can
cancel your order at anytime up to the time of the dispatch of
your order and receive a full refund of all monies paid
including postage. You will receive an email confirming that
your order has been dispatched. If you wish to do cancel your
