Ear Bars - Tragus Bars, Conch, Helix, Anti-Tragus, Rook, Top Ear Bars

There are many types of ear piercings in the ear - the tragus, conch, helix, anti-tragus, rook and more. The majority are pierced at a 1.2mm gauge. The types of tragus and ear bars used are flat back bars, curved and straight barbells, BCR rings, segment rings and horseshoes circular barbells. Both 1.2mm and 1.6mm are listed below. Whilst most ear piercings need a 1.2mm bar, occasionally some ear piercings such as a scaffold or industrial piercing are pierced at a 1.6mm gauge, and sometimes a thicker bar is simply preferred. The standard length is 8mm, but sometimes - particularly for tragus piercings - a shorter 6mm is required. And of course some piercings require a longer 10mm - or even 12mm although the latter is rare.
